zali rayment
pelvic health + musculoskeletal physiotherapist
Zali is a dedicated and compassionate physiotherapist with a special clinical interest in the sporting pelvic floor and pre & postnatal management and rehabilitation. With a passion for empowering individuals through personalised care, Zali combines her clinical expertise with a holistic approach to promote optimal health and well-being.
Zali enjoys supporting her patients through their rehabilitation journeys and assisting her patients to reach their physical goals, be it getting back to walking, running, gym or sport. Zali is committed to helping reduce the stigma associated with pelvic floor dysfunction in athletes and has presented to and worked with many elite athletes and sporting clubs including Essendon AFLW/VFLW, Hawthorn AFLW and VIS Women’s Hockey. She believes that pelvic floor dysfunction should not impact upon one’s quality of life and is passionate about providing vital support to women navigating the physical changes of pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
Her passion in these fields has led her to pursue post graduate qualifications in pelvic floor rehabilitation at the University of Melbourne. This unique blend of knowledge and experience allows her to address the specific needs of her clients, ensuring they receive the most effective and up-to-date treatments available.
Outside of her clinical practice, Zali enjoys going out for dinner with her friends, heading to the beach on the weekends and going on morning walks/runs with her partner Cam and puppy Nala.
